BALLPARK AT WOOD CORPORATE CAMPUS Strategically located in the heart of Goodyear at the community's future City Center, Ballpark at Wood Corporate Campus is positioned in one of the principal growth areas in the entire West Valley. Abel Ranch Mercado Situated in a prime location at the crossroads of two major, expanding West Valley transportation corridors, Abel Ranch Mercado is advantageously positioned to serve the regional market as the area continues its dramatic growth. As a major community commercial center serving the city of Goodyear as well as the residents of surrounding West Valley communities, the development is planned for a total of approximately 495,000 square feet.
